Tiffani D. Baggett started working when she was only 15 years old. Living in a low-income housing project in Birmingham, AL, where poverty and violence was a daily reality, you could say she grew up too soon. But, what would’ve killed others, kick-started her determination not to become another statistic. She has dedicated the past 9+ years to helping others like her do the same.

Recent statistics state that there is a 7 million shortage of affordable housing in the U.S. affecting low-income renters like single mothers, confirming her vision to change the script of poverty for many.

She is the founder of Encourage Millions Inc (encouragemillions.com). There she provides expert advice and know-how to the often-excluded members of society on how to gain access to real estate investments, develop affordable housing, release and replace poverty mindsets and build a legacy of wealth for their children.

Her practical and memorable webinars and master classes, like the “Flip Your Block Academy”, inspire audiences not to accept mediocrity; to educate themselves and to move forward and succeed. She is also an advocate for leaving the communities you invest in, better than you found them.

Tiffani holds a Master of Engineering Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from The University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is a member of both the Internet Marketing Association and the Association of Information Technology Professionals.

When she is not working, Tiffani spends time with her husband and two children playing video games, sharing their love for rap music and drawing up business plans. You may also find her cleaning or stripping carpets herself, in one of her affordable housing units.
